Chef Sam Diminich
As a third-generation restaurateur, Chef Sam grew up cooking alongside his dad and grandpa. That experience taught him that the best meals are the ones that bring people together. At Grey’s, he’s bringing diner classics back to where they belong—served with care, sourced with integrity, and welcoming to everyone.
